Save Our Allies, a veteran and military support coalition focused on delivering full and timely benefits to the U.S. Military community in need, and ensuring Afghan personnel and their families who supported U.S. forces are properly protected from violence and persecution by evacuation to safe countries, including the United States. The Save Our Allies team operated this PRO (Precision Recovery Operation) as Task Force 6:8 after the well known bible verse, “Here am I, send me” – Isaiah 6:8. In a period of eight days Task Force 6:8 rescued 8,911 people from Afghanistan and coordinated the rescue of over 3,000 more totally our Phase 1 efforts to 12,000 safely recovered human lives.
