This week we are welcoming Dave ‘Boon’ Benton to the show. If you recognize the name Boon, it may be because he is portrayed in the critically-acclaimed, true-story inspired movie, 13 Hours by David Denman.

Dave “Boon” Benton has a combined 25 years serving in specialized teams and leadership roles in the military, law enforcement , high threat and high net worth  protective security, and the intelligence community . He has held many positions on various teams from assaulter, sniper, breacher, tactical medical provider, team leader, and instructor positions from explosive entry to SWAT. His has specialized knowledge  blended with his competitive shooting and combative sports experience ( Boxing ,BJJ, MMA, USPSA) . Boon was a Marine Sniper and has served as a Deputy Sheriff and is now the founder of his company Threat Management Solutions.
