In this episode, Stew and the Nunn speak with Sergeant First Class Genevieve Chase. SFC Chase is an accomplished Military Intelligence Non Commissioned Officer with GWOT deployments including Afghanistan. She is a Pushto interpreter that received a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star for her actions. She is currently a Drill Sergeant Candidate in the Reserves and looking to make an impact on the newest Soldiers the Army has entering its ranks as well as those that have separated.

In addition to these accomplishments, Genevieve is the Founder of American Women Veterans, a published author and has been inducted into the Army’s Women Foundation’s Hall of Fame. Genevieve is MOST passionate about protecting our Arctic Refuge and has traveled to it with a strong group of concerned celebrities to better understand it’s needs and value.

Recently returned from a Women Veterans Outdoor Adventure taking several female veterans to new heights. Genevieve and her counterparts summitted the famous peak of Mount Elbrus (18,510′)located in Russia, which is Europe’s tallest peak.
