On this episode, Stew and The Nunn talk with Chaunte Myers. Chaunte Myers is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Centurion Military Alliance (CMA). Centurian Military Allince’s mission is to train, prepare and educate transitioning service members, veterans, spouses, and caregivers through Educational attainment, Financial Literacy, and Vocational Proficiency. CMA, a non profit outcome-based program has a rigorously monitored, measured, and reported military-to-civilian transitional skills, training, and education curriculum platform. CMA prides itself on ensuring that each transitioning service member, veteran and/or caregiver/military spouse is provided the information and access to resources needed to successfully translate their skills and experiences from military life into civilian sector language so that prospective employers can utilize – ultimately preparing The Military Affiliated Community for successful transition. Chaunte Myers along with her husband Jarod Myers founded CMA and have grown the organization incredibly. Chaunte a former Technical Sergeant (TSgt)  in the United States Air Force and her husband a former Army Infantryman both know the value service members bring to the civilian workplace and work tirelessly to connect veterans and companies together.

Together they have hosted events from Hawaii to Washington D.C. They are based out of Houston, Texas where they raise their two future super heroes.

This conversation is a must listen if you or someone you know is transitioning from the military or you represent a company looking to increase the veteran population in your workforce.
